【摘要】：党纪教育即党的纪律教育,指以马克思列宁主义为指导,在中国特色社会主义伟大实践中逐步形成的纪律和准则,用以规范中国共产党员的言行,增强党员党性,优化党员作风的纪律教育。大学生党员作为大学生之中优秀骨干,具有较高的威信和较好学习接受能力,因此具有良好的接受党纪教育的基础。开展高校大学生党员党纪教育,有助于促进大学生党员个人全面发展、维护大学生党员队伍形象、发挥大学生党员思想政治教育责任。通过发放问卷和网络调查的方式,对江苏各地高校的大学生党员和一般大学生展开调查和分析。发现多数党员具有了较强的党纪意识,但是部分大学生党员理想信念不坚定,党员身份自我认同偏差,对党纪没有保有足够的敬畏之心,对自己的言行和未来发展缺乏负责任的态度,出现了不遵守党规党纪的现象,为此,亟待加强党规党纪教育。在目前的党纪教育中,存在着党纪教育途径较为单一、党纪教育方法缺乏创新、党纪教育环境有待优化的问题。为了增强大学生党员党纪教育效果,首先应加强大学生党员自我教育、党支部教育、思想政治理论课教育、网络平台教育从而通过拓宽大学生党员党纪教育途径;其次,通过情感教育、典型教育、实践教育改善大学生党员党纪教育方式;最后,通过优化校风校纪、监督考核制度促进大学生党员党纪教育效果。
[Abstract]:Party discipline education, that is, party discipline education, refers to the discipline and norms gradually formed in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, guided by Marxism-Leninism, in order to standardize the words and deeds of Chinese Communist Party members and to strengthen their party spirit. To optimize the discipline education of Party members' style of work. As the outstanding backbone of college students, the Party members of college students have higher prestige and better ability to learn and accept, so they have a good basis for accepting party discipline education. Carrying out the party discipline education of college students is helpful to promote the all-round development of college students' party members, to maintain the image of college students' party members, and to give full play to the ideological and political education responsibilities of college students' party members. By means of questionnaire and network investigation, the investigation and analysis of college students' Party members and ordinary college students in various colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province are carried out. It was found that most party members had a strong sense of party discipline, but some college students were not firm in their ideals and beliefs, deviated in their identity, and did not retain sufficient reverence for party discipline. There is a lack of responsible attitude towards his own words and deeds and future development, and there is a phenomenon of disobeying the party's discipline. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the party's discipline education. In the current Party discipline education, there are some problems such as the singleness of the way of the Party discipline education, the lack of innovation of the Party discipline education method and the need to optimize the educational environment of the party discipline education. In order to enhance the effect of party discipline education among college students, it is necessary to strengthen the self-education of party members, the education of Party branch, the education of ideological and political theory, the education of network platform, and the way to broaden the education of party discipline among college students. Through emotional education, typical education, practical education to improve the Party discipline education of college students Party members; finally, through the optimization of school discipline, supervision and assessment system to promote the party discipline of college students Party discipline education effect.
