【摘要】：党的十八届四中全会《决定》提出了"提高社会治理法治化水平"的更高要求。社会治理涉及方方面面,治理手段和治理模式多种多样,但最主要的、根本的、首选的、稳定的模式是法治,依法推进社会治理的主要载体是法治思维和法治方式,其着力点是"树立一个意识、规范两个关系、加强三项建设"。
[Abstract]:The decision of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward higher requirements for improving the level of social governance by law. Social governance involves many aspects, the means and modes of governance are varied, but the most important, fundamental, preferred and stable mode is the rule of law, and the main carrier of promoting social governance according to law is the thinking of the rule of law and the mode of the rule of law. Its focus is to establish a consciousness, standardize the two relations, and strengthen the three-item construction.
