【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对政治定力问题高度重视,并将政治定力与共产党人理想信仰联系起来进行论述和强调,认为政治定力是检验共产党人理想信念的试金石,而理想信念是党员干部培养并保持政治定力的决定性"硬核"。党员领导干部必须要在强化理想信念中不断培育和锤炼政治定力,主要途径是:加强学习,增强理论底蕴,为培育政治定力夯实理论根基;加强党性修养,不断锤炼政治定力;强化党的纪律规矩意识,在加强纪律建设和道德修为中增强政治定力;强化责任与担当意识,在拼搏奋斗与作风养成中不断磨砺政治定力;强化共产党人理想信念,在信仰落地、理想追求中提升政治定力。
