党员政治人格刍议

【摘要】：人格与政治的相关性无处不在,其在政治生活中的意义也逐渐显现。党员政治人格就是党性的人格化,马克思主义政党本质属性决定了党员政治人格的崇高性、现实性、群体性与习得性。马克思主义政党的历史是党员伟大政治人格铸就与展现的历史。现实中部分党员政治人格存在异化现象:从政治认知层面看,一些党员政治人格存在信念模糊与缺失现象;从政治情感层面看,一些党员政治人格存在宗旨淡漠的现象;从政治意志层面看,一些党员政治人格存在浮躁现象;从政治行为层面看,一些党员政治人格存在依附性现象。党员政治人格的提升应该着力于党员理想信念教育、追求慎独、保证主体地位、遵规守纪等方面。
[Abstract]:The correlation between personality and politics is ubiquitous, and its significance in political life is gradually revealed. The political personality of party members is the personification of party spirit. The essential attribute of Marxist political party determines the sublimity, reality, collectivity and acquisition of party members' political personality. The history of Marxist political parties is the history of the great political personality of party members. In reality, some party members' political personality exists alienation phenomenon: from the political cognition level, some party members' political personality exists the phenomenon of ambiguity and lack of belief, from the political emotion aspect, some party members' political personality exists the phenomenon that the aim is indifferent; From the political will aspect, some party members' political personality exists impetuous phenomenon, from the political behavior aspect, some party members' political personality exists the dependence phenomenon. The promotion of party members' political personality should focus on the education of Party members' ideals and beliefs, the pursuit of independence, the guarantee of subject status, and the observance of rules and regulations.
