全面从严治党常态化制度化科学化评价指标体系研究

【摘要】：中国的一切事情,关键在党,提高党的建设常态化制度化科学化水平,关键是抓落实,其中探讨党的建设常态化制度化科学化指标的构建,是促进党的建设水平提高的重要途径。党的建设常态化制度化科学化指标选择,是以十八大、十八届六中全会精神为指导,以马克思主义建党理论为理论依据,以党的先进性教育活动和党的先进性建设为实践依据,以促进党内和谐为内在依据。本文从党的自身建设内容入手,结合专家学者的咨询结果,运用部分与整体相结合、定性与定量相结合、静态与动态相结合的方法,对党的建设常态化制度化科学化指标体系进行了有益的探讨。
[Abstract]:The key to all things in China lies in the Party. The key is to improve the level of institutionalization and scientization of party building, and the key is to grasp the implementation, among which, to discuss the construction of the standard and scientific indicators for the normalization of party building. It is an important way to improve the level of party building. The regular institutionalization of the party building as a scientific index selection is guided by the spirit of the 18th National Congress and the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, based on the Marxist theory of party building, and on the Party's advanced education activities and the party's advanced construction. To promote inner-party harmony as the internal basis. This paper begins with the contents of the Party's own construction, combines the consulting results of experts and scholars, and applies the methods of combining part with the whole, qualitative and quantitative, static and dynamic. This paper probes into the systematic and scientific index system of the normalization of the Party building.
