【摘要】：党的十八大以来,如何加强社区服务型党组织建设成为党和政府高度重视的问题。全面加强社区服务型党组织建设,发挥社区党组织服务群众的能力具有十分重要的意义。对少数民族地区而言,在社会主义和谐社会思想的指导下,社区党组织建设工作能够服务民族地区社区群众,维护民族地区社区稳定,构建和谐的民族关系,提高民族地区社区管理工作的有效性,因此有必要对民族地区推进社区党组织建设工作进行研究。通过对延吉市社区党组织建设工作进行研究可以发现,经过长期的努力,延吉市打造了如"红七月·新延边"和"共产党员服务城"等具有特色的社区党组织建设品牌,同时还深入开展了"两学一做"教育活动,将理论与实践相结合,取得了一系列成绩,积累了一定的经验。虽然延吉市社区党组织建设工作取得了一定的成效,但是还存在一些薄弱环节,如社区党组织建设工作缺乏有效的工作机制和资金保障,社区党组织建设工作的队伍需进一步加强等。面对这一系列的问题,延吉市在推进社区党组织建设工作中应采取一系列措施,将和谐社会思想融于社区党组织建设工作当中,对少数民族群众宣扬和谐社会思想,从而激发社区群众对党建工作的参与热情。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, how to strengthen the construction of community service party organizations has become a problem that the Party and the government attach great importance to. It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of community service-oriented party organizations and give full play to the ability of community party organizations to serve the masses. For minority areas, under the guidance of the socialist harmonious society, the construction of community party organizations can serve the community masses, maintain the stability of the communities in minority areas, and build harmonious national relations. In order to improve the effectiveness of community management in minority areas, it is necessary to study the construction of community party organizations in minority areas. Through the study of the construction of the community party organizations in Yanji, we can find that through long-term efforts, Yanji has built such distinctive community party organization construction brands as "Red July New Yanbian" and "Communist Party members Service City". At the same time, the educational activities of "two learning and one doing" have been carried out in depth, the theory and practice have been combined, a series of achievements have been made, and certain experience has been accumulated. Although some achievements have been made in the construction of community party organizations in Yanji City, there are still some weak links, such as the lack of effective working mechanism and financial guarantee for the construction of community party organizations. The team of community party organization construction work needs to be further strengthened. In the face of this series of problems, Yanji should take a series of measures to promote the construction of community party organizations, integrate the idea of harmonious society into the construction of community party organizations, and propagate the idea of harmonious society to the minority people. So as to stimulate the participation of community people in the work of party building enthusiasm.
