【摘要】："三同"是让习近平总书记关于反对官僚主义重要论述落地生根的重要举措,是提升党性修养、树立群众意识的生动实践,也是新中国历史上蹲点和干部参加劳动制度的继承发扬,可以有效解决干群矛盾,提高干部化解风险的领导能力。
[Abstract]:"three Harmony" is an important measure to let General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on opposing bureaucracy take root, and it is a vivid practice of promoting the cultivation of party spirit and establishing the consciousness of the masses. It is also the inheritance and development of the crouching point and cadres participating in the labor system in the history of New China, which can effectively solve the conflicts between cadres and the masses and improve the leadership ability of cadres to defuse risks.
