冀察政务委员会与学生运动的关系转折——兼论中共中央北方局对冀察平津地区的统战工作

【摘要】：1935年底在一二九运动的反对声中,冀察政务委员会延期成立。该会一经成立即与学界势不两立。学运激进化分裂与冀察政委会教育委员会的酝酿出台,将两者矛盾推向高潮。而后,随着日本侵华态势日益紧张,中共中央北方局调整工作方式,巩固并提升已经到来的学生运动,并开启对冀察政委会的统战工作。冀察政委会也改变原有对学运的强势态度,力图将学生运动引到学业报国道路上。正因为冀察政委会受到中共统战工作的影响,较好地处理了和学生运动的关系,七七事变拉开了全民族抗战的序幕。
[Abstract]:In late 1935, amid opposition from the 129 Movement, the council was postponed. As soon as the association was formed, it was inextricably linked with the academic community. The radical division of the school movement and the development of the education committee of the political Commission of Hebei Province pushed the contradiction between the two to a climax. Then, as Japan's invasion of China became increasingly tense, the North Bureau of the CPC Central Committee adjusted its working methods, consolidated and promoted the student movement that had already arrived, and began the United front work against the JCC. Jicha political Committee also changed the original strong attitude towards the student movement, trying to lead the student movement to the road of academic service. It was precisely because of the influence of the CPC's United front work that the Jicha political Committee handled the relations with the student movement better, and the July 7th incident opened the prelude of the whole nation's War of Resistance against Japan.
