习近平对管党治党理论基本问题的时代性贡献

【摘要】：中共十八大以来,习近平坚持问题导向,着眼于马克思主义政党理论的运用,着眼于管党治党问题的理论思考,着眼于管党治党新的实践和新的发展,以正在进行的管党治党实践为中心,站在全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程、巩固党的执政地位的战略高度,对从严管党治党作出了一系新部署,提出了一系列新要求,阐述了一系列新思想新观点。特别是围绕"建设一个什么样的党、怎样建设党"这一主题对管党治党理论基本问题的探索和回答,是习近平对管党治党理论的时代性贡献。它体现了中国共产党管党治党的时代性、规律性、创新性,提升了管党治党理论的新高度,开辟了管党治党的新境界,增添了马克思主义执政党建设理论的新内容。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Xi Jinping has adhered to the problem orientation, focused on the application of Marxist party theory, focused on the theoretical thinking of managing the party and governing the party, and focused on the new practice and development of managing the party. Focusing on the ongoing practice of managing the party and administering the party, standing on the strategic high plane of comprehensively promoting the new great project of party building and consolidating the party's ruling position, it has made a series of new arrangements and put forward a series of new requirements for strictly governing the party and administering the party. A series of new ideas and new viewpoints are expounded. Especially around the theme of "what kind of party to build and how to build the party", the exploration and answer to the basic question of the theory of managing the party and managing the party is the contribution of Xi Jinping to the theory of managing the party in the times. It embodies the epoch, regularity and innovation of the Communist Party of China in governing the Party, promotes the new height of the theory of governing the Party, opens up a new realm of governing the Party, and adds a new content to the theory of the building of the Marxist ruling party.
