【摘要】：我国正值推进“四个全面”战略布局的关键时期,“四个全面”的研究逐渐成为马克思主义中国化研究中的一个热点研究问题。而“全面从严治党”作为“四个全面”的重要组成部分,一方面指出了在新的社会历史背景下,党建工作的新方向,另一方面,也对新时期下我党的党建工作做出了新要求。全面从严治党,也必须积极的借鉴我党在历史的发展中所形成的优秀党建思想和成果。全面从严治党,作为我党党建的新思路,必然与这些我党历史中的优秀党建思想存在着密切的联系,而只有在这种联系中,才能更好地把握马克思主义中国化的发展脉络。邓小平党建思想作为邓小平理论中的特定内容,与全面从严治党,都属于党建研究的同一“范畴”下,二者有着天然的联系,弄清二者之间的关系,必然可以从另一个方面加深对全面从严治党的认识。同时,从实践的层面上来看,邓小平党建思想中所体现的方法论,也对全面从严治党的推进有着巨大的借鉴意义。本文的绪论部分着重探讨了邓小平党建思想和全面从严治党的研究现状、研究价值和研究方法。第一部分,着重阐述了邓小平党建思想的发展历程与内容,提出邓小平的党建思想的发展可以分为三个历程:民主革命时期的初步探索阶段、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放后的深入发展阶段。同时,从指导思想、组织、作风建设上阐述了邓小平党建思想的内容。第二部分,归纳邓小平党建思想的特点。依据社会发展的变化提出党建新问题,重新确立了实事求是的思想路线为党建工作的中心,恢复和健全民主集中制为党建工作的根本组织制度,认为党员干部的“四化”是党建工作的新目标,处理好反腐败与改革开放的关系是党建工作的新任务,分析了邓小平党建思想对马克思主义方法论的应用。第三部分,简要介绍了全面从严治党的提出及其内涵意义,为下文阐释邓小平党建思想对全面从严治党的启示进行了铺垫。第四部分,主要从理论和实践两个层面上,探讨邓小平党建思想对全面从严治党的启示,首先分析了邓小平党建思想与全面从严治党的主要区别和内在联系,认为实事求是的思想路线贯穿于全面从严治党的各方面,强调坚持民主集中制是全面从严治党的根本组织原则,邓小平党员干部队伍的“四化”目标需要党员践行“三严三实”,并指出邓小平反腐思想为全面从严治党反腐败斗争的奠定了基础,邓小平党建思想的方法论也为全面从严治党提供了借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:China is in the critical period of promoting the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, and the study of "four comprehensive" has gradually become a hot research issue in the study of Marxism in China. As an important part of the "four all-round", "ruling the Party in an all-round way" points out the new direction of the Party building work under the new social and historical background, on the other hand, it also makes new demands on the Party building work in the new period. To manage the Party comprehensively and strictly, we must actively learn from the excellent Party building thought and achievements formed by our Party in the development of history. As a new way of thinking of Party building, there must be close relation with the excellent Party building thought in the history of our Party, and only in this connection can we better grasp the development of Marxism in China. As a special content in Deng Xiaoping's theory, Deng Xiaoping's party building thought belongs to the same "category" of party building research, and makes clear the relationship between them. Must be from another aspect to deepen the understanding of comprehensive strict administration of the party. At the same time, from the aspect of practice, the methodology embodied in the thought of party building of Deng Xiaoping also has great reference significance for the promotion of comprehensive and strict administration of the party. The introduction of this paper focuses on the research status quo, research value and research methods of Deng Xiaoping party building thought and comprehensive and strict administration of the party. The first part focuses on the development process and content of Deng Xiaoping's party building thought, and points out that the development of Deng Xiaoping's party building thought can be divided into three stages: the initial exploration stage of the democratic revolution, the socialist revolution and the construction period. After the reform and opening-up stage of further development. In the third part, the author briefly introduces the proposition and meaning of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, which paves the way for the following explanation of the enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping's thought of party construction to the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party.
