【摘要】：彭德怀是中国共产党杰出的领导人之一,他为中国革命与建设做出了伟大贡献。彭德怀的一生,有三十多年是在烈火硝烟的战场上度过的。他的戎马生涯突显了爱国、爱党、爱人民的崇高情操和清正廉明、关心群众、直言不讳等可贵品质。在当今社会,党面临着各种严峻的考验,党内出现了脱离群众、消极腐败等不良作风。针对党内出现的情况,我们党提出了全面建设党的科学化水平的口号。鉴于彭德怀领导风格的内容与党的建设有一定的相关性,因此,整理和挖掘彭德怀领导风格的内容,对我们党在瞬息万变、情形复杂的新时期如何全面改进领导干部的领导方式有着重要的现实启示意义,同时还有利于加深对党的建设理论的理解。该论文主要采用文献研究法、综合分析法和归纳法,通过搜集整理分析大量的文献资料,以马克思主义辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义原理为理论依据,立足于史实,对彭德怀领导风格的相关内容进行论述,具体如下:论文“绪论”部分主要阐述研究彭德怀领导风格的目的和意义以及国内外研究综述,并说明了论文的创新点和不足之处,介绍了领导风格的定义和领导风格的种类,以及对彭德怀的领导风格进行界定。“彭德怀领导风格的主要内容和特点”部分是论文的重点。笔者对彭德怀领导风格的主要内容和特点进行了归纳、概括,其中彭德怀领导风格的主要内容包括注重调查研究、善于总结经验以及关心群众、爱护战士等方面;其领导风格的主要特点则包括实事求是、直言不讳、治军严明和沉着冷静果断等。“彭德怀领导风格的主要成因”部分从家庭因素、当时社会背景和个人革命、建设实践等角度对彭德怀领导风格的成因作了探索。“彭德怀领导风格的现实启示”部分将彭德怀领导风格的内容与当今党的建设实际相结合,阐释了彭德怀领导风格的现实启示。通过对彭德怀领导风格内容的整理和挖掘得知,彭德怀的清正廉明、严于律己、追求真理、关心群众、勇于担当等领导风格不仅值得我们当今党政干部去铭记和学习,同时对当今党的建设也是极为有益的。该论文通过对彭德怀三十多年的革命生涯和建设实践所形成的领导风格进行研究,其研究成果是马克思主义中国化学科值得继承和珍视的宝贵财富。
[Abstract]:Peng Dehuai is one of the outstanding leaders of the Communist Party of China. He has made great contributions to the Chinese revolution and construction. Peng Dehuai spent more than thirty years on the battlefield of fire and smoke. His military career highlights the noble qualities of patriotism, love of the Party, love of the people, integrity, concern for the masses and outspoken. In today's society, the Party is facing all kinds of severe tests, the Party has been divorced from the masses, negative corruption and other bad style of work. In view of the situation within the Party, our Party put forward the slogan of building the scientific level of the Party in an all-round way. In view of the fact that the content of Peng Dehuai leadership style has certain relevance to the party building, therefore, sorting out and excavating the content of Peng Dehuai leadership style is changing rapidly for our party. How to improve the leadership style of leading cadres in a complicated new period has important practical significance, and it is also helpful to deepen the understanding of the theory of party building. This paper mainly adopts the literature research method, the comprehensive analysis method and the induction method, through collecting and analyzing a large amount of literature data, taking Marxism dialectical materialism and historical materialism principle as the theoretical basis, based on the historical facts. The related contents of Peng Dehuai leadership style are discussed as follows: the introduction of the thesis mainly expounds the purpose and significance of the study of Peng Dehuai leadership style, and the domestic and foreign research summary, and explains the innovation points and shortcomings of the paper. This paper introduces the definition of leadership style and the types of leadership style, and defines the leadership style of Peng Dehuai. The main content and characteristics of Peng Dehuai leadership style is the focus of the paper. The author sums up the main contents and characteristics of Peng Dehuai leadership style. The main contents of Peng Dehuai leadership style include paying attention to investigation and research, being good at summing up experience, caring for the masses, caring for soldiers and so on. The main features of its leadership style include seeking truth from facts, outspoken, strict and calm, and so on. "the main cause of Peng Dehuai leadership style" explores the causes of Peng Dehuai leadership style from the perspective of family factors, social background, personal revolution and construction practice at that time. In the part of "the realistic revelation of Peng Dehuai leadership style", the content of Peng Dehuai leadership style is combined with the reality of party building, and the realistic enlightenment of Peng Dehuai leadership style is explained. Through sorting out and excavating the content of Peng Dehuai leadership style, we know that the leading style of Peng Dehuai is not only worthy of our party and government cadres to remember and learn from it, but also to be honest and honest, to be strict with ourselves, to pursue truth, to care for the masses, and to be brave enough to take up the leadership style. At the same time, the party building is also extremely beneficial. This paper studies the leadership style formed by Peng Dehuai's revolutionary career and construction practice for more than 30 years. The research result is a valuable treasure worthy of inheriting and cherishing the discipline of Sinicization of Marxism.
