中国共产党榜样教育的历史考察与现实思考

【摘要】：中国共产党历来重视榜样教育,树立的榜样形象经历了"舍生忘死""公而忘私""政治至上""拼搏进取""多样人性"的变迁历程。在中国共产党的发展历程中,榜样教育发挥了重要的历史作用,但也存在榜样生成"官方化"、榜样宣传"神性化"、榜样学习"形式化"等问题,造成人们对榜样的疏离、质疑甚至是抹黑等突出现象。针对这些现象,榜样教育既需要坚持推进,也需要转变思维,理性把握"有穷"与"无穷"的限度;既需要创新内部模式,优化榜样自身的生成、宣传和学习机制;也需要改善外部环境,将其与社会主义核心价值观的培育践行结合起来,实现两者良性互动。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the role model education, and the image of example has experienced the vicissitude of "sacrificing one's life and forgetting one's life", "public and private", "political supremacy", "striving hard and enterprising" and "diverse human nature". In the course of the development of the Communist Party of China, example education has played an important historical role, but there are also some problems, such as "official", "divinization" of example propaganda and "formalization" of role models, which result in the alienation of role models. Doubt is even smear and so on prominent phenomenon. In view of these phenomena, example education should not only persist in pushing forward, but also change thinking, rationally grasp the limits of "finite" and "infinite", innovate the internal model, optimize the generation, propaganda and learning mechanism of the role model itself. It is also necessary to improve the external environment, combine it with the cultivation and practice of socialist core values, and realize the positive interaction between the two.
