【摘要】：正习近平总书记指出,各级各部门党委(党组)必须树立正确政绩观,坚持从巩固党的执政地位的大局看问题,把抓好党建作为最大的政绩。抓高校党建工作,对高校党委书记而言,是第一责任,是最大政绩。在全面从严治党的新常态下,高校党委书记要认真履行第一责任人职责,牢固树立政治意识、大局意识、责任意识、使命意识,推动高校党建全面落实从严治党要求。严格落实党建工作责任制。党建工作责任制,是
