【摘要】:党的教育思想是党的思想宝库的重要组成部分,也是马克思主义教育思想中国化的伟大成果。十六大以来,我党在继承马克思、恩格斯、列宁以及以毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民为核心党的三代中央领导集体的教育思想基础上,又创造性地发展出具有时代特色的教育思想,引领新世纪以来我国教育事业的发展,并取得了举世瞩目的成就。 当前,十六大以来党的教育思想理论系统性研究尚处于初始阶段。本文紧紧围绕十六大以来党的教育思想这个主题,梳理了其理论源泉,指出其是对马克思、恩格斯、列宁以及以毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民为核心党的三代中央领导集体的教育思想的继承和创新;分析了其国内外背景,认为其是对国际教育发展趋势和国内社会变革趋势的积极回应;概括了其基本内容和主要特征,包括以科学发展观统领教育全局发展,以教育优先发展作为基本政策,以育人为本作为教育工作的根本要求,以改革创新作为教育发展的根本动力,以促进公平和提升质量作为教育发展的两大主题等;总结了其对我国教育事业发展的意义,如教育普及水平进一步提高,素质教育进一步落实,教育公平进一步增强等;展望了其对我国未来教育的深远影响,主要体现为深化教育优先发展战略,全面落实立德树人根本任务,努力办好人民满意的教育,构建惠及全民的公平教育体系,全面深化教育体制机制改革,力争成为世界教育强国。
[Abstract]:The Party's educational thought is an important part of the Party's ideological treasure-house and a great achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist educational thought. Since the 16th National Congress, on the basis of inheriting the educational thoughts of Marx, Engels, Lenin and three generations of central leading collectives with Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin as the core party, our Party has creatively developed the educational thought with the characteristics of the times. Leading the development of education in China in the new century, and has made remarkable achievements. At present, the systematic study of the Party's educational thought theory since the 16th National Congress is still in its initial stage. This paper closely revolves around the theme of the Party's educational thought since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), combing its theoretical source, pointing out that it is about Marx, Engels, Lenin and Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping. Jiang Zemin as the core of the Party's three generations of central leadership collective education ideas inheritance and innovation, analysis of its domestic and foreign background, think that it is an active response to the international education development trend and the trend of domestic social change. This paper summarizes its basic contents and main characteristics, including guiding the overall development of education with the scientific development view, giving priority to the development of education as the basic policy, and taking the education of people as the basic requirement of the educational work. Taking reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force of educational development, promoting equity and improving quality as the two major themes of educational development, this paper summarizes its significance to the development of education in China, such as the further improvement of the level of education popularization. Further implementation of quality-oriented education, further enhancement of educational equity, etc., and the prospect of its far-reaching impact on our country's future education is mainly reflected in deepening the strategy of giving priority to education and comprehensively carrying out the fundamental task of building up people by virtue. We should strive to run a satisfactory education for the people, build a fair education system that benefits the whole people, deepen the reform of the educational system and mechanism, and strive to become a powerful country in education in the world.
