中国共产党党内巡视制度的历史沿革及其当代价值——执政理念创新的视角

【摘要】：中国共产党成为执政党以后,不断发展创新自身的执政理念,先后提出了以"以人为本、执政为民"为核心的一系列执政理念,并以理念创新推动理论创新、实践创新、制度创新。"治国必先治党,治党务必从严"是党执政理念的新发展,在这一理念的指导下,中国共产党始终坚持"党要管党、从严治党"的基本原则,加强党的自身建设,不断完善党内巡视制度,惩治腐败、严肃党纪,把党的领导干部执政行为始终规制在法律和道德的轨道内,始终保持党的先进性、纯洁性。在当代中国,不断健全发展党内巡视制度对于推进反腐倡廉建设具有重要意义和现实价值。
[Abstract]:Since the Communist Party of China became the ruling party, it has continuously developed and innovated its own governing concept. It has put forward a series of governing ideas with the core of "people-oriented, ruling for the people", and promoted theoretical innovation and practical innovation with the innovation of ideas. Institutional innovation. " It is the new development of the Party's ruling idea that the Party must first run the country and must be strict. Under the guidance of this idea, the CPC has always adhered to the basic principle of "the Party must govern the Party and strictly govern the Party" and strengthen the Party's own construction. We should constantly improve the inner-party inspection system, punish corruption, strictly enforce party discipline, and keep the party's advanced and pure behavior in the track of law and morality. In contemporary China, the development of inner-party patrol system is of great significance and practical value in promoting anti-corruption construction.
