“协商一致”原则的提出——中国共产党对国际共运发展的一个重要贡献

【摘要】：20世纪五六十年代,毛泽东和中国共产党针对苏共20大引发的国际共产主义运动中的深刻分歧和矛盾,提出了"协商一致"的重要原则,并论述了这一原则的性质、程序、条件等重要问题。1960年,邓小平三次赴莫斯科参加会议,捍卫和阐发了这一原则。中国共产党倡导的"协商一致"原则,是国际共产主义运动经验的总结,同时也蕴含着中国共产党实践政治协商的成功经验,是解决国际共运的分歧和矛盾必须遵循的重要原则。中国共产党将"协商一致"提升到国际共产主义运动必须遵循的原则的高度,对国际共运的持续、健康发展作出了重要贡献。
[Abstract]:In the fifties and sixties of the 20th century, Mao Zedong and the Communist Party of China put forward the important principle of "consensus" in view of the profound differences and contradictions in the international communist movement caused by the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of Soviet Union, and expounded the nature and procedure of this principle. In 1960, Deng Xiaoping went to Moscow three times to attend the conference, defending and expounding this principle. The principle of "consensus" advocated by the Communist Party of China is a summary of the experience of the international communist movement and also contains the successful experience of the Communist Party of China in practical political consultations. It is an important principle that must be followed to resolve the differences and contradictions of the international communist movement. The Communist Party of China promoted "consensus" to the principle that the international communist movement must follow, and made important contributions to the sustained and healthy development of the international communist movement.
