习近平反腐倡廉思想的新时代特色

【摘要】：习近平反腐倡廉思想是经过实践检验的马克思主义中国化的重大理论成果,是富有鲜明时代特征、具有中国特色的廉政理论体系,包含十分丰富的内容。这一思想的新时代特色主要体现为:从保持党的纯洁性破题将反腐倡廉推向新境界,对党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争形势作出了新判断,清晰表明了坚定不移惩治腐败的新意志,展现了踏石留印、抓铁有痕般抓作风建设的新韧劲,提出全面深化改革与反腐败有机结合的新理念,为破解党风廉政建设责任制难题提供了新方法,阐述了通过思想文化养成建立不想腐机制的新思路,提出了加强追逃追赃构建国际反腐新秩序的新主张,为党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争新实践提供了正确的指导。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's theory of fighting corruption and advocating clean government is a great theoretical achievement of Marxism in China which is proved by practice. It is a clean government theory system with distinctive characteristics of the times and Chinese characteristics, which contains very rich contents. The characteristics of the new era of this thought are as follows: from maintaining the purity of the Party to break the problem, to push the fight against corruption to a new level, to make a new judgment on the construction of a clean and honest party and the situation of the struggle against corruption, and to clearly demonstrate the new will to punish corruption unswervingly, It shows the new tenacity of stepping on stone imprint, grasping iron with trace, and puts forward the new idea of comprehensively deepening the reform and organically combining with anti-corruption, which provides a new method for solving the difficult problem of the responsibility system in the construction of party style and clean government. This paper expounds the new idea of establishing the mechanism of not wanting to corrupt through the cultivation of ideology and culture, and puts forward the new idea of strengthening the pursuit of running after the spoils and building a new international anti-corruption order, which provides correct guidance for the construction of a clean and honest party style and the new practice in the struggle against corruption.
