【摘要】：腐败是人类的主要罪恶之一,它既是一种犯罪,也影响和腐蚀社会风气,并具有顽固性和反复性。因而,我国反腐败应立足于长期和持久,坚定取得阶段性和实质性进展的信念,把握住制度反腐这个关键。
[Abstract]:Corruption is one of the main evils of human beings. It is not only a crime, but also influences and corrodes the social atmosphere, and is obstinate and repetitive. Therefore, our country's anti-corruption should be based on the long-term and lasting, firm the conviction of making stage and substantial progress, grasp the key of system anti-corruption.
