领导者发挥容错机制正向功能的艺术

【摘要】:正伴随改革开放的持续推进和社会转型的不断深入,领导干部面临的新情况、新问题也随之增加,在无现成经验可供参考的情境下,如何帮助其树立乐于创新、敢于担当的改革精神是关键环节所在。这就要求社会必须给予其更大的宽容度,允许那些正在摸索探寻新兴发展路径的干部在不断的试错、纠错中走向成熟,通过营造科学的容错管理机制帮助他们解除后顾之忧,使其以更积极的态度克服创新发展中的障碍,高效维系其参与改革的热情。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of reform and opening up and the deepening of social transformation, the new situation faced by leading cadres is also increasing, and how to help them establish a willingness to innovate in the absence of ready-made experience for reference, The spirit of reform that dares to bear is the key link. This requires society to give it greater tolerance, allowing cadres who are exploring the path of emerging development to mature through constant trial and error correction, and to help them relieve their worries by creating a scientific fault-tolerant management mechanism. Make it overcome the obstacles in innovation development with a more positive attitude, and effectively maintain its enthusiasm for participating in the reform.
