如何走出好干部难以出头的困境

【摘要】:正2013年习近平在全国组织工作会议上的重要讲话和2014年中央印发的《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》,都对新时期的党政领导干部定了标准、画了像,那就是:信念坚定、为民服务、勤政务实、敢于担当、清正廉洁。但由于干部选拔任用工作是客观对客观(即岗位任职要求与候选人客观条件)、客观对主观(即岗位需求与个人主观努力)、主观对客观(即选拔对象的主观表现与客观素质)、主观对主观(即具有选拔权的领导对选拔对象
[Abstract]:The important speech delivered by the Xi Jinping at the National Organizing and working Conference in 2013 and the "regulations on the selection and appointment of leading cadres of the Party and Government" issued by the Central Committee in 2014 set the standard for the party and government leading cadres in the new era and drew a picture, that is, firm faith.
