推进国有企业廉政风险防控管理的探索与实践

【摘要】：廉政风险防控是预防腐败的一项重要举措,是不断创新反腐倡廉工作思路、体制机制、制度建设方式方法的重要抓手,对于完善惩治和预防腐败体系,提高反腐倡廉科学化水平具有十分重要的现实意义。本文针对国有企业开展廉政风险防控工作过程中存在的认识不到位、理论指导不足、方法措施不科学等问题,通过将风险管理、网格化管理、PDCA循环管理引入廉政风险防控管理,形成了"查找、防范、控制、评价"动态循环管理闭环,探索出构建廉政风险防控管理体系的措施办法,实现对廉政风险防控的有效管控。
[Abstract]:The prevention and control of the risk of honest and clean government is an important measure to prevent corruption. It is an important grasp of the way of innovation, system mechanism and system construction method. It is of great significance to improve the system of punishing and preventing corruption and improving the scientific level of anti-corruption and building a clean government. There are some problems in the process of prevention and control, such as lack of understanding, lack of theoretical guidance and unscientific methods and measures. By introducing risk management, grid management and PDCA circulation management into the management of risk prevention and control of clean government, the closed loop management of "lookup, prevention, control and evaluation" is formed to explore measures to build an anti-corruption management system. Ways to achieve effective control of risk prevention and control of honest and clean government.
