【摘要】：党内政治生活是党员和各级党组织遵循党章,履行权利和义务,在党内进行活动、处理彼此关系的基本状况和风气氛围。要以解决问题为突破口和主抓手,加强和规范党内政治生活。要精准把握党内政治生活,扫除加强和规范党内政治生活的思想障碍,明确各级党委的领导责任和主体责任,强化各级纪委的监督责任,建立健全党内政治生活的制度体系。要不断完善党的组织生活和民主生活会制度,正确认识、全面推进党的组织生活和党内民主生活会的制度化、程序化,大力提倡务实会风。要积极改进党的民主作风和工作作风,广泛发扬民主,切实保障党员权利,认真开展批评和自我批评,树立正风正气,培育健康的政治生态。
[Abstract]:Party political life is the basic condition and atmosphere of party members and party organizations at all levels to follow the party constitution, fulfill their rights and obligations, carry out activities within the party, and handle the relationship between them. To solve the problem as a breakthrough and the main grasp, to strengthen and regulate party political life. It is necessary to accurately grasp inner-party political life, remove ideological obstacles to strengthening and standardizing inner-party political life, clarify the leading and principal responsibilities of party committees at all levels, strengthen the supervisory responsibilities of discipline inspection committees at all levels, and establish and improve the system of inner-party political life. It is necessary to constantly improve the party's organizational life and the democratic life meeting system, correctly understand, comprehensively promote the institutionalization and procedure of the party's organizational life and the democratic life meeting within the party, and vigorously advocate the practice of pragmatism. It is necessary to actively improve the party's democratic style and work style, extensively carry forward democracy, earnestly safeguard the rights of party members, conscientiously carry out criticism and self-criticism, set up a positive attitude, and foster a healthy political environment.
