【摘要】：厉行节约思想是中国共产党经济思想的重要组成部分,在资源极度匮乏的战争环境下,采取彻底的节约措施是维持革命战争持续发展、巩固并发展根据地社会的必然举措。认真总结延安时期中国共产党厉行节约思想,对于加深党的执政规律认识,营造良好的党风政风具有重要的理论和现实意义。研究延安时期中国共产党厉行节约思想,首先要介绍其生成的条件。在思想渊源来看,中国传统文化中的节约思想作为优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,深刻塑造了中国人的灵魂和思想;马克思主义经典作家的节约思想,保障了中国共产党节约思想的马克思主义性质;党在南方苏维埃时期的节约思想是直接理论来源,是党的历史经验的总结。在实践基础来看,应对根据地内困难的财政经济形势,适应严峻的政治形势是外部条件,而保持党的先进性和纯洁性是内部条件。其次分析总结延安时期中国共产党厉行节约思想的内容和特点是本文的最重要部分,它的内容包括五个部分,即实现节约同民主监督的有机结合、实现节约同制度建设的有机结合、实现节约同经济发展的有机结合、实现节约同精兵简政的有机结合、实现节约同党风建设的有机结合。总结归纳延安时期中国共产党厉行节约思想的特点包括重视新闻宣传、领导干部发挥模范作用、制度健全,落实有力、强化思想政治教育、践行群众路线等特点。最后探讨厉行节约思想的价值,延安时期中国共产党厉行节约思想无论对历史还是当今都具备重要的价值,在战争年代它维持了党政机关的正常运行、形成了了良好的社会风气、巩固了党的局部执政基础。在现在全面建设节约型社会和生态文明的大背景下,对其进行现代语境下的转化,保持其核心精神,则有利于形成正确的消费观念,有利于生态文明建设、有利于党风清正廉洁。
[Abstract]:The idea of strict economy is an important part of the economic thought of the Communist Party of China. Under the extremely scarce war environment, it is an inevitable measure to maintain the sustained development of the revolutionary war and to consolidate and develop the society in the base area. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to deepen the understanding of the ruling law of the Communist Party of China and to create a good style of Party style of government by conscientiously summing up the thoughts of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period. To study the Communist Party of China's austerity in Yan'an period, it is necessary to introduce the conditions of its formation. Secondly, it is the most important part of this paper to analyze and summarize the content and characteristics of the thought of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period, which includes five parts, that is, realizing the organic combination of economy and democratic supervision.
