试论高职学生党建工作合力机制的构建

【摘要】："校企合作、工学结合"给高职学生党建工作带来新的挑战和发展空间,学生党建工作需要主动适应职业教育发展,更新党建工作理念。做好高职学生党建工作需要企业的配合和密切协作,形成教育培养的合力和民主监督的合力;需要以新媒体为载体,学校教育培养为主体,企业教育培养为依托,信息反馈,科学评估,逐步完善学生党建工作的合力机制。
[Abstract]:"the cooperation of school and enterprise, the combination of work and study" brings new challenges and developing space to the party building work of higher vocational students. The students' party building work needs to adapt to the development of vocational education and renew the concept of party building work. To do a good job in the party building of higher vocational students needs the cooperation and close cooperation of enterprises to form the resultant force of education and cultivation and the resultant force of democratic supervision, and needs to take the new media as the carrier, the school education as the main body, the enterprise education as the basis, and the information feedback. Scientific evaluation, gradually improve the resultant mechanism of student party building work.
