【摘要】：文化问题是学术界长期关注和研究的对象,文化自觉问题是文化研究的一个点,它是关于实践主体对文化活动及其结果的感知和觉悟,是实践主体对文化规律的科学认识和把握,它以实践主体对文化的认识活动及其结果为对象,考察文化发展进步的历史进程和特定民族文化的特殊规律。就“中国共产党文化自觉”这一问题而言,它至少涉及到文化、文化自觉、政党与文化、中国共产党与文化等几个基本和关键的问题。中国共产党是一个在20世纪中国近现代文化转型和文化变迁背景下诞生的无产阶级革命政党,还是一个在其90多年革命、建设和改革历程中始终高度重视文化建设,始终关注探索文化在中国特色革命进程和中国特色建设及发展进程中发挥何种作用以及怎样发挥作用的先进政党。因此,可以说,在中国共产党身上焕发着鲜明的对于“文化”的觉醒和觉悟。那么,“中国共产党文化自觉”问题便是成立的,是值得系统研究和深入探索的。本论文尝试从文化自觉的内涵和本质、马克思主义政党的文化自觉、中国共产党文化自觉的维度和本质、依据基础、成果梳理和提升途径等方面探讨中国共产党文化自觉问题,以期系统认识和把握中国共产党的文化性格、文化品质及其领导的中国特色社会主义文化建设规律等。第一,文化自觉与马克思主义政党文化自觉,这是研究中国共产党文化自觉问题的首要问题。“文化自觉”无论是作为一种理念,还是作为一个学理性命题,无疑都是在思考人对文化的感悟和态度、对文化的比较和反思,直至对文化的批判和创新问题,都是对文化本质的追问和对文化价值的发掘。因此,回答“文化”、“自觉”和“文化自觉”的概念内涵,是研究“中国共产党的文化自觉”问题的前提和基础。20世纪以来,在世界政党发展史中诞生了一批马克思主义政党,这些政党描绘了世界社会主义运动的发展轨迹。回顾、考察和比较这些马克思主义政党是否具备文化自觉意识、实现文化自觉的程度、它们的文化自觉对其自身发展或执政带来那些影响等,是研究中国共产党文化自觉问题的必要组成部分。第二,中国共产党文化自觉的维度和本质。一个执政党的文化自觉,必然是在执政党所处文化背景当中,在一定的文化基础上,按照一定的文化生成机理逐步形成和发展的结果。因此,弄清楚中国共产党文化自觉的主要维度和本质内涵,是研究中国共产党文化自觉问题的核心和关键。中国共产党文化自觉主要包括两个维度：对政党自身文化的自觉,对国家文化建设的自觉。一是它非常注重运用文化“引领前进方向、凝聚奋斗力量、推动事业发展”,形成了特点鲜明的政党文化、党史文化和执政文化,在中国政治生活和社会生活中发挥巨大的影响力和引领作用。二是它对国家文化建设自觉的核心使命和任务是推动和实现中国文化现代化。因此,中国共产党文化自觉的本质内涵是文化角色定位的主体自觉、文化生态营造的时空自觉、文化选择探索的行动自觉和文化传承创新的发展自觉。第三,中国共产党文化自觉的依据基础。中国共产党文化自觉的理论依据、历史依据和现实依据,是研究中国共产党文化自觉不可或缺的范畴。一是从理论依据而言,中国共产党文化自觉的理论基点是：以唯物史观为理论指导,高度重视文化在社会结构中的地位和在社会发展中的作用；正确处理经济发展与文化发展之间的张力,自觉探求社会历史发展的内在文化进步机制。在一定的理论基点上,这个问题还应当进入文化哲学视野。二是从历史依据而言,马克思主义中国化的伟大历史进程和丰硕成果是中国共产党文化自觉的根本历史依据。马克思主义中国化本身就是中国共产党文化自觉的充分证明和集中体现。三是从现实依据而言,当今世界经济全球化浪潮深刻地影响着世界经济面貌的变化发展,而且还引起了世界范围内思想文化的激荡与碰撞。所以全球化之下国家间竞争的关键因素是文化力量,中国特色社会主义事业的更高水准在文化繁荣。第四,中国共产党文化自觉的成果梳理。中国共产党自诞生起就高度重视文化建设和文化进步,取得了很多宝贵的成果。这些成果是考察其文化自觉问题不可或缺的支撑。一是从中国共产党文化自觉的思想轨迹上看,几代中国共产党人先后提出了建立“民族的科学的大众的”中华民族新文化、建设高度的“社会主义精神文明”、始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向、建设社会主义文化强国等符合时代发展要求、中国发展实际和人民群众精神文化需求的文化建设思想,是一笔宝贵的思想财富。二是从中国化马克思主义文化理论建构上看,在每一个马克思主义中国化理论成果中,都包含着中国化马克思主义文化理论,目前包括毛泽东文化思想及文化理论、中国特色社会主义文化建设理论。三是必须承认在中国共产党文化建设的历史上,也曾经历过曲折并留下不少教训。这种曲折和教训,从一个侧面反映出文化自觉作为一个历史过程,并不是简单的线性运动过程,而是一种螺旋式上升过程。因此,有必要阐述中国共产党文化建设和文化思想发展经历的曲折过程和沉重教训,这也是中国共产党不断增强文化自觉意识的一笔宝贵财富。第五,中国共产党文化自觉的提升途径。一是把握文化自觉规律。研判一个民族或一个政党是否具有高度的文化自觉,离不开考察其对文化自觉规律把握和遵循的程度。对于中国共产党而言,文化发展的阶段性要求找准文化发展目标；文化构成的多样性要求文化包容强化主导；文化建设的长期性要求持续积淀重在建设。二是增强文化自觉程度。尽管文化自觉并不是一个简单的线性运动,但是它在总体趋势上呈现为程度的日益深化。当然,这需要文化主体发挥主观能动性予以推动。对于中国共产党而言,增强文化自觉程度的着力点和正确途径主要集中在三个方面,即坚持马克思主义文化观的指导意义、批判继承中国传统文化的合理基因、始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向。三是破解文化自觉瓶颈。文化自觉瓶颈是指作为文化主体的人在文化本质、文化态度、文化发展思路、文化建设途径等方面自我觉悟和觉醒的关键性限制因素,若不能突破这种因素就势必会影响人对文化自觉规律的把握、对文化自觉程度的增强,甚至导致人对文化自觉问题产生曲解。中国共产党的文化自觉也存在瓶颈问题,正视瓶颈,是为了始终保持高度的文化自觉。应当注重解决好三个问题,即推进文化创新需要以中国特色社会主义新型文明为主题、以中华文化认同为核心厘清文化认同与政权的关系、走科学发展之路推进文化繁荣与科技进步和市场发展的同步前进。综上所述,中国共产党文化自觉是一个具有深刻理论价值和现实意义的问题,它从文化层面和文化高度影响中国特色社会主义事业发展,影响中国共产党增强执政能力、巩固执政地位、完成执政使命。
