重视发挥民管小组的作用群策群力提升基层建设水平

【摘要】：民管小组作为民主管理的一种基本形式,能够有效解决基层管理中诸多自上而下、是密切干群关系,提升基层管理水平的有效载体,是架起干部与职工群众交流的桥梁和纽带,但是民管小组在有些基层实践中仅靠单向沟通难以解决在基层队管理中存在的问题,难以发挥作用,本文以某基层队民管小组为案例,分析民管小组在基层工作长期存在的问题,认真改进民管小组的工作方法,取得了良好的效果,对基层队民管小组建设有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:As a basic form of democratic management, the democratic management team can effectively solve many top-down problems in grass-roots management, is an effective carrier for close relations between cadres and the masses, and is an effective carrier for raising the level of management at the grass-roots level. It is also a bridge and link for the exchange between cadres and workers and the masses. However, in some grassroots practice, it is difficult to solve the problems existing in the grass-roots team management by only relying on one-way communication, and it is difficult to play a role. This paper takes a grass-roots team as an example. This paper analyzes the long-standing problems in the work of the civil management team at the grass-roots level, and conscientiously improves the working methods of the group, which has achieved good results, and has certain reference significance for the construction of the civil management team of the grass-roots team.
