企业团干部群众工作能力提升研究

【摘要】：团干部提高群众工作能力是增强企业共青团政治性的客观需要,是增强企业共青团先进性的必然要求,是增强企业共青团群众性的基本前提,是推进企业共青团改革的有力保障。为解决团干部群众工作能力建设方面存在的突出问题,笔者认为应:加强理论文化修养,在企业共青团应对新形势新任务的全面挑战中增强学习和思考能力;加强实践锻炼,在服务企业党政中心工作的具体实践中增强服务员工群众的意识和能力;坚持与时俱进,在拓展企业共青团生存发展空间的探索实践中增强创新创效能力;聚焦载体建设,在整合各类资源的过程中提升团干部群众工作能力。
[Abstract]:It is an objective need to enhance the political nature of the Communist Youth League, an inevitable requirement to enhance the advanced nature of the Communist Youth League, and a basic prerequisite to enhance the mass character of the Communist Youth League. Is the promotion enterprise Communist Youth League reform has the strength safeguard. In order to solve the outstanding problems in the construction of cadres' and masses' work ability, the author thinks that we should strengthen theoretical and cultural accomplishment, strengthen the learning and thinking ability of the Communist Youth League in response to the challenges of the new situation and new tasks, and strengthen the practical exercise. Strengthen the consciousness and ability of serving the staff in the concrete practice of serving the party and government center of the enterprise, insist on keeping pace with the times, strengthen the ability of innovation and creation in the exploration practice of expanding the survival and development space of the Communist Youth League, focus on the construction of carrier, In the integration of all kinds of resources in the process of improving the work capacity of cadres and the masses.
