【摘要】：正2015年1月13日,习近平同志在第十八届中纪委第五次全体会议上的讲话中谈到:"各级党组织要把严守纪律、严明规矩放到重要位置来抓,努力在全党营造守纪律、讲规矩的氛围。"这使我想起我们党内守纪律、讲规矩的表率周恩来总理的一些往事。我是1955年到周总理身边工作的,1965年起担任邓颖超大姐的秘书,在他们身边一共工作了37年。37年间,我和他们朝夕相处,亲眼目睹、亲身感受到周总理和邓大姐在守纪律、讲规矩方面的表率作用。今天,我想跟大家分享周总理在和邓大姐相处过程中,严守党的纪律,遵守党的规矩
