试论做好少数民族学生入党工作的指导原则与科学措施

【摘要】：近年来,相当一部分少数民族学生在思想上、行动上积极向党组织靠拢,入党愿望强烈,基层党组织建设以及青年党员队伍建设面临着新情况、新问题、新考验。尤其在处理宗教信仰、民俗行为、生活习惯等与入党要求相矛盾的方面,需要认真思考、妥善解决。文章基于政策梳理与现实分析,探索性地提出做好少数民族学生入党工作的指导原则,并在此基础上提出了四点具体工作建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, quite a number of ethnic minority students have been actively moving closer to the party organization in their thoughts and actions, and their desire to join the party is strong. The construction of party organizations at the grass-roots level and the construction of the ranks of young party members are facing new situations, new problems, and new tests. Especially in dealing with religious beliefs, folklore behavior, living habits and other aspects of contradictions with the requirements of joining the Party, we need to think carefully and properly solve the problem. Based on the analysis of policy and reality, this paper puts forward the guiding principles for ethnic minority students to join the Party, and puts forward four concrete suggestions.
