【摘要】：正习近平总书记强调,党的高级干部要注重提高政治能力,加强政治历练,积累政治经验,使自己的政治能力与担任的领导职责相匹配。领导干部作为党执政治国的"关键少数",必须带头加强政治能力训练,自觉坚定政治信念,把准政治方向,站稳政治立场,严守政治纪律,真正把旗帜鲜明讲政治植根心底、见诸行动、落在日常。政治能力源自于坚定的理想信念,必须在增强"四个意识"中持续提升。理想信念是共产党人的根和魂,是领导干部政治能力的基础支撑,没有理想信念,就谈
