社会本位:新型党社关系建构的逻辑前提

【摘要】：不同于传统的依附性社会,当下中国社会发展所呈现出的主体性的新趋势,为我们分析党社关系演进的新逻辑、新景观,提供了不同既往的现实性基础。无疑,现代政党是实现政治民主的一种组织形式,更是服务于社会建设的政治工具。之于以交互主体性而不是主客二分为本质的新型党社关系的构建,执政党应当持守以社会为本位的价值理念,立足于社会及其根本利益,并以此为基本视点,观察和评判自我的作为及其成败得失;而不是相反,以政党为本位,从政党自身利益出发,观察和评判自我的作为及其成败得失。应当改革与完善政党建设与社会建设的机制,将政党建设纳入民主化与法治化的轨道,将社会建设纳入主体化与自治化的进程。与之相得益彰,"服务型政党"的长久生命力即孕生于此。
[Abstract]:Different from the traditional dependent society, the new trend of the subjectivity in the development of China's social development has provided us with different previous realistic foundations for the analysis of the new logic of the evolution of the party's relations and the new landscape. Undoubtedly, the modern political party is a form of organizing the political democracy, and is also a political tool for social construction. On the basis of the construction of a new type of party social relations with the nature of intersubjectivity rather than the two part of the subject and the guest, the ruling party should hold the value concept of society as the standard, based on the society and its fundamental interests, and take this as the basic view to observe and judge the self as well as its success and failure, but not on the contrary, the party is based on the political party itself. We should reform and improve the mechanism of Party building and social construction, and bring the party's construction into the track of democratization and rule of law, and bring the social construction into the process of subjectivity and autonomy.
