微观视角下领导者腐败影响因素研究综述

【摘要】：领导者腐败指领导者违反社会规范,为获取个人利益而使用权力,自己受益而使集体利益受损。组织各层级中的领导者腐败导致组织和社会的腐败,但已有的腐败成因研究主要集中在宏观层面,尚缺少领导科学框架下对微观层面领导者腐败前因变量的系统阐述。在腐败诱因的微观视角下,以组织领导学理论体系为基础,回顾、梳理和总结个体差异、行为变量、领导风格和微观情境等四种因素对领导者腐败影响的主要研究成果,提出一个新的基于领导多级模型的领导者腐败影响因素研究框架,并从领导特质、行为、风格和情境因素等方面对未来的研究方向进行展望。
[Abstract]:Leader corruption refers to leaders who violate social norms, use power for personal benefit, and benefit themselves to the detriment of collective interests. The corruption of leaders in different levels of organizations leads to corruption in the organization and society, but the existing researches on the causes of corruption mainly focus on the macro level, and there is still a lack of systematic exposition of the corruption-dependent variables in the framework of leadership science. From the micro perspective of inducement of corruption, based on the theoretical system of organizational leadership, this paper reviews, combs and summarizes the main research results of four factors, namely, individual differences, behavioral variables, leadership styles and micro situations, which affect leaders' corruption. In this paper, a new framework of leadership corruption influencing factors based on leadership multilevel model is proposed, and the future research directions are prospected from leadership characteristics, behavior, style and situational factors.
