高校学生社团党支部服务育人效应的探索与实践——基于服务型党组织的建设要求

【摘要】：党的十八大作出创新基层党建工作,加强基层服务型党组织建设的重大部署。学生是高校的主体之一,服务型党组织建设可以围绕服务于他们的成长成才开展。社团在服务学生发展中有着重要的作用,将党支部建立在社团中,在社团中发挥党组织的政治核心作用,探索社团党支部的服务育人效应,既是服务型党组织建设的要求,更具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Party has made great arrangements for innovating the work of party building at the grassroots level and strengthening the construction of the party organizations of the grass-roots service type. Students are one of the main bodies of colleges and universities, and the construction of service-oriented party organizations can be carried out around their growth and development. Mass organizations play an important role in serving the development of students. It is the requirement of the construction of service-oriented party organizations to establish the Party branch in the mass organization, to give play to the political core role of the party organization in the community, and to explore the service education effect of the party branch of the association. More important practical significance.
