高校研究生党建工作项目化管理的探索与实践

【摘要】：加强研究生党建工作是贯彻落实党的教育方针、不断提高研究生党员素质、全面提升研究生培养质量的重要保障。近年来,在市场经济改革和建设的大背景下,结合研究生思想政治教育和科研文化活动,"项目运作式"党建工作概念开始被提出,这种新型高校研究生党建工作方式能通过诸如"学科竞赛""读书活动""党员帮扶"等各种形式新颖的项目实现来锻炼和提高研究生党员素质,从而丰富党建工作内容,创新党建工作载体,提高党建工作质量,增强党建工作主动性,为党建工作注入新的活力。文章重点阐述研究生党建项目化管理工作的基本设计思路和目标任务,以期对高校基层党建工作进行有益尝试和积极探索。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the party building for graduate students is an important guarantee to carry out the educational policy of the Party, to improve the quality of party members and to improve the quality of postgraduate training. In recent years, under the background of market economy reform and construction, the concept of "project operation" party building work has been put forward in combination with graduate students' ideological and political education and scientific research and cultural activities. This new style of party building work for graduate students in colleges and universities can be realized through various kinds of innovative projects such as "discipline competition", "reading activities", "helping party members" and so on, to train and improve the quality of graduate party members, thereby enriching the content of party building work. Innovating the carrier of the party building work, improving the quality of the party building work, strengthening the initiative of the party building work, injecting new vigor into the party building work. This paper focuses on the basic design ideas and target tasks of the project management of the party building for graduate students in order to make a beneficial attempt and positive exploration on the party building work at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities.
