党办综合协调工作的章法

【摘要】：正综合协调是党委办公室最重要的职能之一。党办工作千头万绪,每项工作的顺利推动和落实都需要综合协调贯穿其中,只有把协调工作做好了,才能让机关运转处于高效、有序、和谐的状态,进而推动其他工作扎实开展。笔者曾在党办综合协调岗位锻炼多年,对如何做好综合协调工作有一些初步的感悟和体会,简言之就是"三要"。一要理解什么是综合协调。就党办而言,综合协调就是要正确处理组织内外各种关系,使之和谐一致、配
[Abstract]:The comprehensive coordination is one of the most important functions of the Party committee office. The smooth promotion and implementation of each task requires comprehensive coordination, and only when the coordination work is done well can the organ function in an efficient, orderly and harmonious state. Then promote other work to carry out in a down-to-earth manner. The author has been in the party office for many years of comprehensive coordination post exercise, how to do a good job of comprehensive coordination has some preliminary understanding and understanding, in short, "three needs." First, understand what is comprehensive coordination. As far as the party office is concerned, comprehensive coordination is to correctly handle all kinds of relations inside and outside the organization, to make it harmonious and consistent, and to match with each other.
