治理报销腐败需做到惩治“全覆盖”

【摘要】：报销腐败是一个老问题,这些年来也一直在治理。报销腐败主要包括五种类型,其中公款旅游、公款吃喝最为常见。从其行为的性质来看,把报销腐败定性为腐败是准确的。报销腐败问题仍然突出的原因有多种,需要综合施策来治理,主要治理措施包括:要作到惩治全覆盖,要继续严格财务管理制度,要进一步扎紧关住权力的制度笼子。
[Abstract]:The corruption of reimbursement is an old problem, and it has been harnessing all these years. The corruption mainly includes five types, among which public funds tourism and public money eat and drink are the most common. From the nature of their behavior, it is accurate to make the corruption of reimbursement as corruption. Governance measures include: to punish the whole coverage, to continue to strictly control the financial management system, and to further tighten up the institutional cage to shut down power.
