农村基层民主建设中村干部的政治素质现状分析——基于豫北五县十村的调查

【摘要】：正村干部作为农村基层民主建设的中坚力量,不单是村民自治实践的组织者,同时也是党在农村各项方针、政策的宣传者和执行者。村干部政治素质的高低直接影响农村的社会治理水平。20世纪90年代以来,关于农村治理的研究成为显学,但研究成果大多集中在乡村改革、选举、管理等制度和体制层面上,对村干部这一政治实践主体本身的研究并不多,专门分析村干部政治素质的成果更是鲜见。由此,我们决定在实证调查的基础
