【摘要】：正一个企业党委工作做得好不好,很大程度上取决于党委书记的综合素质,有没有抓大事、议大事、理大事的能力,有没有技高一筹的领导艺术和管理办法,有没有个人的人格魅力。28年的工作历程中,我先后在三个国有大中型企业任职,其间13年时间担任了企业党委副书记、书记职务。多年的岗位实践,使我深刻体会到作为企业党委书记,事事亲为就等于事事不为,要想
[Abstract]:Whether a party committee of an enterprise is doing well or not depends to a great extent on the comprehensive quality of the Party committee secretary, the ability to grasp, discuss, and manage major issues, and whether there is any skilled leadership art and management method.
