廉政新常态的阐释与展望

【摘要】：正当下中国特色社会主义建设进入经济增速换挡期、结构调整阵痛期、前期刺激政策消化期"三期叠加"的新常态,反腐倡廉新常态也逐渐显现,落实"两个责任",纠"四风"、惩贪腐、建制度、抓教育,打造监督执纪"正能量"。科学把握廉政新常态的理论内涵与特征,有利于在理论上加强廉政新常态研究,在实践上创新治理新路径。一、廉政新常态的内涵理解关于廉政新常态内涵理解主要有以下几种代表性观点:第一,"高压反腐新常态"说,认为反腐新常
[Abstract]:Just as the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics entered the period of shifting economic growth, the painful period of structural adjustment, the new normal of "three phases superposition" in the period of early digestion of stimulus policies, the new normal of combating corruption and advocating clean government is also gradually emerging. Carry out "two responsibilities", correct "four winds", punish corruption, build system, pay attention to education, build "positive energy" of supervision and discipline. Scientific understanding of the theoretical connotation and characteristics of the new normal of clean government is conducive to strengthening the research of the new normal of clean government theoretically and innovating the new path of governance in practice. First, the connotation of the new normal understanding of clean government mainly has the following representative views: first, the "high-pressure anti-corruption new normal" theory, think anti-corruption new.
