【摘要】：正对于个人主义,毛泽东同志曾这样说:个人而成了主义,这也就很可观了。处处都把自己的利益摆在最优先的位置,一切从自己而不是集体的利益出发,这种个人主义在世界观、人生观、价值观上扭曲了个人与他人、个人与集体、个人与外部世界的关系,必然导致私欲恶性膨胀。个人主义者心中只装着自己的小九九,而党和人民利益却没有半点位置。个人主义思想多了,共产党员该有的理想信念就少了,也就是蜕化变质了。这样一来,干事情、做工作就不会想方设法为党分忧、为民解愁,而是斤斤计较个人
