新常态下处级干部心态基本情况及对策建议——基于Z省236位处级干部调查问卷的分析

【摘要】：正社会心态的建设必须抓住领导干部这个"关键少数",良好的干部心态必将为整体社会心态的引导树立良好的风向标。为深入了解当前处级干部的心理状况,我们对Z省的236名处级干部进行问卷调查,了解其心理状态基本情况,并从中梳理出一些值得重视的重要隐性问题。一、有效调查对象的基本情况及心理状况总体分析(一)有效调查对象的基本情况性别情况:男性165名(占比69.9%),女性71名(占比30.1%)。年龄结构:31—40岁共68人(占比28.8%),
[Abstract]:The construction of positive social mentality must grasp the "key minority" of leading cadres, and a good cadre mentality will set up a good weather vane for the guidance of the overall social mentality. In order to understand the psychological status of the current cadres at the department level, we conducted a questionnaire survey on 236 cadres at the department level in Z province to find out the basic situation of their psychological state, and to sort out some important and hidden problems that deserve attention. 1.
