【摘要】：正西藏自治区拉萨市曲水县才纳乡才纳村,近年来从严从实抓党建,积极发挥党员模范带头作用,筑牢维护社会和谐稳定的根基。落实党建工作责任,巩固农村基层党组织领导核心地位。村党支部完善党建工作制度,把每季度的最后一个月确定为党员大会月,每月的最后一周定为支委会议周,规范各项组织活动。每年"七一"全面总结村党建工作,开展党内表
