习近平抓落实思想研究

【摘要】：抓落实思想既是习近平总书记新理念新思想新战略的重要组成部分,又是贯彻落实新理念新思想新战略的重要指导。习近平总书记抓落实思想主要可以归纳为两个维度:一是通过干部抓落实,通过抓住"关键少数"抓落实;二是运用制度抓落实,健全抓落实的督查问责制度。靠干部抓落实又有三大要点:第一,要树立求真务实的态度,第二,要明确科学管用的方法,第三,要夯实钉钉子的作风。通过干部抓落实和运用制度抓落实,二者相辅相成,相得益彰。通过干部抓落实为健全制度探索简便管用的经验,运用制度抓落实又切实保证干部抓落实的态度、方法和作风,进而提升抓落实的效果。
[Abstract]:It is not only an important part of General Secretary Xi Jinping's new idea, new thought and new strategy, but also an important guide to carry out the new idea and new strategy. General Secretary Xi Jinping's idea of carrying out the work can be summed up into two dimensions: one is through cadres, the other is by grasping the "key minority"; the other is to apply the system to implement and improve the system of supervision and accountability. There are three main points in relying on cadres for implementation: first, to establish a pragmatic attitude toward truth; second, to make clear the scientific and effective methods; and third, to consolidate the style of nail driving. Through the implementation of cadres and the application of the system to implement, the two complement each other and complement each other. Through the experience of finding a simple and effective way to improve the system by cadres, the attitude, method and work style of applying the system to the implementation and ensuring the cadres to carry out the implementation can be effectively ensured, and the effect of carrying out the work will be improved.
