全面从严治党的实践路径研究

【摘要】：从严治党是中国共产党加强党的建设的基本经验和内在要求,是党的建设理论的重要组成部分。全面从严治党是党的十八大以来中国共产党人对马克思主义从严治党理论的进一步丰富和发展,体现出对马克思主义党建理论的重大创新,具有强烈的时代性和现实性。当前,全面从严治党正走向纵深,其中还有许多问题有待深入研究,路径方面的问题就是其中之一。本文以全面从严治党为主要研究对象,依托马克思主义党建学说、政治学、社会学和管理学等多门学科的理论和方法,着力于全面从严治党的“实践路径”探究。首先,通过文献研读法,梳理、归纳和提炼了从马克思、恩格斯、列宁经典作家到中国共产党人对从严治党的相关论述,梳理、归纳和提炼了习近平全面从严治党的发展过程、主要内容和现实意义。其次,通过调查分析法以实践路径为突破口,重点从思想教育、组织管理、民主集中制和惩治约束机制等方面,深入探讨了当前全面从严治党所存在的基本问题,并通过理性的深入分析,从主客观多维度剖析了全面从严治党路径存在问题的根本原因。最后,基于上述的分析,面向全面从严治党的现实需要和未来导向,从实践对策的层面提出实现全面从严治党的新思路和新路径。包括明确教育内容,加强思想教育;通过对党员和党组织的科学管理,加强党的组织建设;通过健全民主集中制原则,加强党的制度建设;建立健全惩治约束机制,增强抵腐定力。
[Abstract]:Strict administration of the party is the basic experience and internal requirement of the Communist Party of China in strengthening the party building, and is an important part of the theory of party building. The comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is the further enrichment and development of the theory of strict administration of Marxism by the Chinese Communists since the 18th National Congress of the Party, which embodies a great innovation in the theory of Marxist Party building and has a strong epochal and realistic character. At present, comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is moving in depth, and there are still many problems to be studied in depth, among which the path is one of them. Based on the theory and methods of Marxist Party building theory, political science, sociology and management, this paper focuses on the "practical path" of managing the Party strictly. First of all, through the literature study method, summarized and refined from Marx, Engels, Lenin classic writers to the Chinese Communists to strict party management, combed, summarized and refined Xi Jinping's overall strict party management development process. Secondly, through the method of investigation and analysis, taking the practice path as the breakthrough point, focusing on the aspects of ideological education, organization and management, democratic centralism and punishment and restraint mechanism, the paper deeply discusses the basic problems existing in the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. Through the thorough analysis of reason, this paper analyzes the root cause of the problem in the path of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party from the subjective and objective aspects. Finally, based on the above analysis, facing the realistic need and future direction of overall strict administration of the Party, this paper puts forward new ideas and new ways to realize comprehensive strict administration of the Party from the aspect of practical countermeasures. Including clarifying the contents of education and strengthening ideological education; strengthening the party's organizational construction through scientific management of party members and party organizations; strengthening the party's system construction by improving the principle of democratic centralism; and establishing and perfecting the punishment and restraint mechanism.
