五大发展理念对执政能力提出更高要求

【摘要】："创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"这五大发展理念可以看作是对2003年提出的"科学发展观"的进一步深化和拓展,五大发展理念最终还是要落实到社会各项建设上来。如何实现社会精细化治理,构建新的制度框架是在中国当前发展转型期对党的执政能力提出的新挑战和新要求。
[Abstract]:The five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing" can be seen as a further deepening and expanding of the "scientific development concept" put forward in 2003. How to realize the fine governance of the society and build a new institutional framework are the new challenges and requirements for the Party's ruling ability in the current period of development and transformation of China.
