【摘要】：正9月7日上午,省委党校举行2015年秋季开学典礼,省委副书记、省委党校校长龚正出席并就"严以用权"作了专题报告,要求领导干部要牢固树立正确的权力观,正确行使手中的权力,做到用权有为、敢于担当。龚正指出,严以用权,首先必须正确对待手中的权力,时刻清醒权力是人民赋予的。要正确处理个人与群众、与组织的关系,着力解决好"为了谁、依靠谁、我是谁"的问题;深刻认识权力是一把"双刃剑";真正明晰个人能力不是手中权力决定的,要不懈努力,补齐短板,打好用权的基础。龚正强调,严以用权,最重要的是按照"三严三实"要
[Abstract]:On the morning of 7 September, the party school of the provincial party committee held a ceremony for the opening of the school in the autumn of 2015. Gong Zheng, deputy secretary of the provincial party committee and president of the party school of the provincial party committee, attended and gave a special report on "exercising power strictly," demanding that leading cadres firmly establish a correct view of power. The correct exercise of the power in the hands of the use of power has done, dare to bear. Gong Zheng pointed out that strict use of power, first of all, must correctly deal with the power in hand, always sober power is given by the people. We must correctly handle the relationship between the individual and the masses, and the organization, and work hard to solve the problem of "who for whom, who I rely on, who I am"; a profound understanding of power is a "double-edged sword"; and it is really clear that personal abilities are not decided by power in the hand. Unremitting efforts should be made to fill up the shortcomings of the board and lay a good foundation for the use of power.
