以“六化”防止干部考察失实

【摘要】:正考准考实是干部考察工作的目标,是正确评价和使用干部的基础,更是组织部门强化在干部选拔任用工作中领导和把关作用的前提。然而,从实际工作来看,干部考察失真失实现象却时有发生,进而导致带病提拔,降低干部选拔任用工作质量和组织部门威信。影响干部考察失真失实的原因是多方面的,综合起来看,主要是考评机制不够健全,考评主体不够宽泛,考评方式单一固化,考评人员素质参差不齐,等等。摸清干部考察失真失实的"症状",找准"病根",
[Abstract]:It is the goal of cadre inspection, the basis of correct evaluation and use of cadres, and the premise for the organizational department to strengthen the role of leadership and supervision in the selection and appointment of cadres. However, from the point of view of actual work, the distorted phenomenon of cadre inspection occurs from time to time, which leads to the promotion of illness and reduces the quality of cadre selection and appointment and the prestige of the organization department. The reasons that affect the cadres' investigation are various. In a word, the evaluation mechanism is not perfect, the main body is not broad enough, the evaluation method is single solidified, the quality of the examiners is not uniform, and so on. Find out the cadres'"symptoms" of distortion and find out the root of the disease.
