共青团组织机构改革发展理论探究

【摘要】：共青团作为党的群众组织,具备社会组织的基本特征和发展规律,从组织行为学视角对当前共青团改革发展进行理论探究具有重要的理论和现实意义。当前党的群团工作面临多重挑战,存在许多问题,共青团作为党的青年群众组织出现了诸多"不适应",极大地影响了共青团组织职能的发挥。共青团改革要紧紧围绕保持和增强政治性、先进性、群众性这一基本要求,以壮士断腕的勇气着力推进组织创新、工作创新,解决脱离青年的突出问题,把广大青年凝聚在党的周围。
[Abstract]:The Communist Youth League, as a mass organization of the Party, has the basic characteristics and development rules of social organizations. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the current reform and development of the Communist Youth League from the perspective of organizational behavior. At present, the work of the Communist Youth League is facing many challenges and many problems. As the youth mass organization of the Party, the Communist Youth League has appeared a lot of "inadaptability", which has greatly affected the function of the Communist Youth League organization. The reform of the Communist Youth League should closely revolve around the basic requirements of maintaining and enhancing political, advanced, and mass character. With the courage of strong men to break their wrists, efforts should be made to promote organizational innovation and work innovation, so as to solve the outstanding problem of breaking away from youth. Condense the vast number of young people around the Party.
