创新高校大学生党支部建设的实践探索

【摘要】：高校是开展党建与党员思想政治教育工作的重要阵地,高校学生党支部作为党在高等院校的基层组织,是增强学生党组织凝聚力和战斗力的重要途径。在实际中,高校党支部建设也存在内容、形式、人才队伍培养等系列问题,要较好地解决这些问题,需要高校党委的高度重视、经费保障的加强、加强人才的选拔和培养,更重要的是要在创新活动内容、形式以及利用好新媒体、新技术方面做好当代大学生的党支部建设活动。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are important positions for Party building and ideological and political education of Party members. As the basic organization of the Party in Colleges and universities, the Party branch of college students is an important way to enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party organization of students. To solve these problems, we should attach great importance to the Party committees of colleges and universities, strengthen the guarantee of funds, strengthen the selection and cultivation of talents, and, more importantly, do a good job in the construction of Party branches of contemporary college students in the aspects of innovative activities, forms and the use of new media and new technologies.
