抗战时期中国共产党的宣传工作述论

【摘要】：抗日战争是近百年来中国人民反侵略战争第一次取得完全胜利的民族解放战争,是中国革命历史发展中的极重要阶段。抗战胜利的原因是多方面的,而党的宣传工作对推进抗日战争取得胜利是起了十分重要的作用的。因此,党在抗日战争时期的宣传工作在党的宣传工作史上也具有十分重要的历史地位,深入研究这一课题,总结党在抗战时期宣传工作的历史经验,也当具有十分重要的理论意义和学术价值。本文的写作分为绪论和五章。绪论部分对本课题研究的意义、本课题研究的现状、研究的方法、创新之处作了介绍,解释了本课题研究中的有关概念。第一章探讨党在抗战初期的宣传工作。主要内容包括动员全民抗战、宣传持久抗战、开展对敌军士兵的反战宣传,以及抗战初期的报刊宣传和抗战初期文化团体的抗日宣传。第二章探讨党在抗战进入相持阶段后的宣传工作。主要内容包括汪伪投敌后深入开展的讨汪反投降斗争宣传,加强和改进宣传部门的自身工作和自身建设,加强严酷斗争环境下的抗日指导和宣传,以及进行正确锄奸斗争的指导和宣传。第三章着重介绍和评析了党在全党整风运动中的宣传工作。主要内容包括中共中央和中央宣传部强调以整风精神搞好整风宣传,同时加强对全党整风学习的宣传和指导,着重论述了作为新闻宣传部门自身整风的党中央机关报《解放日报》、《新华日报》及各根据地党报的改版情况。第四章研究党在克服困难、争取抗战最后胜利阶段的宣传工作。包括宣传中共制定的克服困难的十大政策、针对国民党要掀起第三次反共高潮的一次强有力的宣传反击战,以及对中共“七大”路线的宣传和对夺取抗战最后胜利并使这一胜利成为人民的胜利的宣传。文章第五章即最后一章,对抗战时期党的宣传工作的经验与启示进行了总结分析。认为经验主要有:坚持为抗日这一中心和大局服务;坚持马列主义指导和国共合作时在政治上的独立性;根据形势变化及时转变宣传口径和斗争策略;宣传形式多样,宣传队伍强大;充分利用国民党的合法阵地进行宣传;宣传工作在毛泽东党中央的直接领导下进行。总结经验时也对现实意义进行了评析。同时对这个时期党的宣传工作的某些失误也作了探讨。
[Abstract]:The War of Resistance against Japanese aggression is the first time in nearly 100 years that the Chinese people's war against aggression has won a complete victory in the war of national liberation, and it is an extremely important stage in the development of Chinese revolutionary history. There are many reasons for the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, and the propaganda work of the Party plays a very important role in advancing the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan. Therefore, the Party's propaganda work during the War of Resistance against Japan also has a very important historical position in the history of the Party's propaganda work. To study this subject in depth, and to sum up the historical experience of the Party's propaganda work during the War of Resistance against Japan, Also should have very important theory meaning and academic value. The writing of this paper is divided into introduction and five chapters. The introduction introduces the significance of the research, the present situation, the methods and innovations of the research, and explains the related concepts in the research. The first chapter discusses the Party's propaganda work in the early stages of the War of Resistance against Japan. The main contents include mobilization of the whole people, propaganda of lasting resistance, anti-war propaganda against enemy soldiers, newspaper propaganda at the beginning of the war and anti-Japanese propaganda by cultural groups in the early stage of the war. The second chapter discusses the propaganda work of the Party after the War of Resistance against Japan entered the stage of confrontation. The main contents include the propaganda of Wang Puppet's anti-surrender struggle, the strengthening and improvement of the propaganda department's own work and self-construction, and the strengthening of anti-Japanese guidance and propaganda under the harsh struggle environment. And to carry out the correct anti-rape struggle guidance and propaganda. The third chapter focuses on the Party's propaganda work in the Party's rectification movement. The main contents include the emphasis of the CPC Central Committee and the propaganda Department of the Central Committee on doing a good job in the rectification propaganda in the spirit of rectification, and at the same time strengthening the propaganda and guidance for the study of the rectification movement throughout the Party. This paper emphatically discusses the revised edition of the Party Central Committee Organization newspaper "Jiefang Daily", "Xinhua Daily" and the Party newspapers in various base areas, which is the rectification movement of the news and propaganda departments themselves. Chapter IV studies the Party's propaganda work in overcoming difficulties and striving for the final victory of the War of Resistance against Japan. Including the propaganda of the top ten policies formulated by the CPC to overcome difficulties, and the strong propaganda and counter-attack war against which the KMT wants to set off a third anti-Communist climax. Propaganda of the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China and propaganda of winning the final victory of the War of Resistance against Japan and making this victory the victory of the people. The fifth chapter is the last chapter, which summarizes and analyzes the experience and inspiration of the Party's propaganda work during the War of Resistance against Japan. It is believed that the experience mainly includes: persisting in serving the center and the overall situation of resistance against Japan; adhering to the guidance of Marxism-Leninism and the political independence of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in cooperation; changing propaganda calibre and struggle tactics in a timely manner in accordance with changes in the situation; and propagating in various forms. Propaganda team is strong; make full use of the legitimate position of the Kuomintang propaganda; propaganda under the direct leadership of Mao Zedong party Central Committee. The practical significance is also evaluated when summing up experience. At the same time, some mistakes of the Party's propaganda work in this period are also discussed.
